It was a great trip to Bromo Volcano and Madakaripura Falls with an amazing guide Ikhsan!
The convenience of booking was that we could contact the operator via WhatsApp, discuss all the details and they would book a time for us. Then, a few hours before departure, the guide contacted us directly and warned us what time he would arrive. The big advantage was that the entire cost could be paid after we were brought back to our place of residence.
Like our guide, the driver was very polite and careful, the car was clean and spacious (I was with my wife in the back and the driver and guide were in the front).
Ikhsan is very sociable and sociable, he speaks good English and can answer any questions you have about the trip, or just have an interesting chat about life. Also, the driver and guide are well versed in time and know what time they need to arrive in order to be in time before the comfortable SUVs are dismantled or all the seats in the cafe are taken up in anticipation of dawn. We arrived literally 5 minutes before the crowd came and did not jostle in the traffic jam on the road.
Before dawn, the guide took us to a place with stunning views of Volcano Bromo and no one bothered us to enjoy the panorama.
After the volcano we went to breakfast where there was a buffet and very tasty food and desserts.
Next was a trip to the waterfall. And this is just an amazing place, very impressive views and emotions. Each time the guide told us how long it would take us to get to this or that place and did not interfere with our sleep if we suddenly wanted to take a nap along the way.

We are very glad that we went on a tour with our guide Ikhsan! We haven’t experienced such positive emotions and impressions for a long time! I highly recommend you choose it, you definitely won’t be upset!

p.s.: the cost of toilets is not included in the trip, so in any case, take some cash (the cost is approximately 3000-5000 per visit), but the toilets are always clean!)
